Policies

If you cancel your order before it get shipped, your money will be refunded within 3-5 business days. If you cancel after your vehicle has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

for vehicles that are fully assembled and completely tested and tuned before leaving the dealership, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on them.

Vehicles shipped in crate unassembled - If for any reason you would like to return your bike within 7 days of delivery, simply ship it back to us and we will refund your order minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new or unused condition in original packaging and contain all original materials included with shipment. Returns shipped freight collect will be refused and returned to the customer, or discarded. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less all actual shipping cost. No refund shall be issued on damaged or used items.



If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery appointment, or return a non-defective, undamaged or incorrectly assembled product, you will be charged for all original and return shipping cost. Items returned as damaged or defective are inspected and tested upon arrival. Items may also incur a restocking fee ranging from 20% of the price. No item may be returned if unpacked, assembled, had fuel installed or operated. Return shipping fees range and are dependent upon the size and weight of the item.



Minor cosmetic damage due to shipping (i.e. small cosmetic scratches on plastic) are not covered under our warranty and is not grounds for a return. Don't worry though, if a mirror is cracked or missing or something like that, although it is very rare that this happens, then we will definitely send you out a replacement part. Please contact us through the contact form and tell us about your problem so we can send you the replacement part for it.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone number.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Scooters Plus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, you have to get a report from the driver, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and contact us.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. This site does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We, our dealers and our affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.



Risk of Loss

All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.



Product Descriptions

We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
